Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Rotimatic; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your machine within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure the device is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for processing.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to submit a return request or contact our 24/7 support team via the app.
- 2.Pack the Device
Carefully place the Rotimatic and all components back into its original box and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Quality Check and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
